Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Sales Consultants.
- Drive sales growth and manage profit margins.
- Implement and manage the companys multichannel strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure effective communication and team focus on company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions within the team.

Requirements:

- Matric or equivalent; marketing/business degree or diploma preferred.






- Proven track record in sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and emotional quotient capabilities.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with product knowledge relevant to the industry.
- Clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records.
