Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
- Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client.
- You will be conversing in voice, email and chat. Therefore, professionalism is to be maintained through all channels.
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections.
- Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have worked night shift in a call centre.
- Should have 1-year experience in sales of Broadband and Energy.
- Must have worked with UK clients.
- MS Office literate
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- We will only consider applications from candidates who have worked on a UK campaign before.
