Job Title: Senior Project Management Consultant
Location: Gauteng, West Rand District, Westonaria
Job Type: Contract, expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide expertise in underground mining operations to support project delivery
- Utilise Microsoft Project and PowerBI to track project performance and produce reports
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in underground mining
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PowerBI
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Experience:
Extensive experience in managing underground mining projects
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of underground mining operations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports using PowerBI
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Working Conditions:
This role is based in a mining environment and may require working in underground conditions. Travel to project sites may be necessary.
