Duties/Pligte- Receiving and resolving end user problems logged via the JIRA ticketing system;-
- Reporting bugs to the software development team;- Assisting with report creation via the Power BI platform;- Assisting with data management and regular data maintenance;- Assisting with identifying business digitisation opportunity priorities;- Developing, writing, and communicating business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions;- Analysing the environment's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses and to determine opportunities for improvements;- Assisting with the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology;- Providing assistance with business case development (i.e., research, data collection, etc.);- Assisting with Microsoft Share
Point / Teams and Power platform maintenance;- Developing user test cases and system integration testing and validatinf test results during testing;- Ensuring that test strategies involve appropriate integration and process components;- Investigating problems and developing recommendations for resolutions;- Keeping clients informed of problems, issues, and resolutions;- Analysing performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes- BSc in Information Technology;- Microsoft Power Apps certification;- At least one year's experience in a technical support environment;- Proven ability to work independently.
