Our client who is an independent, specialist financial brokerage, who offer financial planning, asset management, short term insurance, tax and estate planning functions to medical practitioners nationally, is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Broker to join their Dynamic team
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales of new policies
- Servicing, maintenance, and reviews of clients on existing book (50 clients).
- Sourcing of own leads is not required.
There is an inbound call centre who do cold calling and book new sales appointments.
- Managing of administrative assistant.
The broker is provided with administrative support, who will assist with quotations and servicing requests.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Minimum NQF 4 in short-term insurance or relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits)
- RE 5 (not negotiable)
- Personal and commercial class of business, if registered as a representative after 2017.
- Minimum 3 years **personal and commercial lines** experience required.
- Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA and POPI acts.
