We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our company.

- Reconciliation and payment of VAT201 on or before the 25th of every month.
- Expense related payments.
- Creditor payments and reconciliation.
- Month End Reports
- Post and Reconcile Bank Accounts
- Prepare Books/ Documents for Financial Year End Audit.
- Posting of year-end journals from auditors.
- Completion of yearly budget.
- Completion of Stats SA survey when requested.
- Reconciliation and payment for transport of export documents.
- Post Cash on Hand schedule and reconcile.
- Print Asset GL and add assets and depreciate.
- Post and reconcile Petty Cash.
- Donations journals.
- Check, post, reconcile and pay credit cards. -






- Nedfleet - Check slips to statement
- Provisional Tax calculations for accountants.
- Check Income Tax Return for accountants to submit.
- Post Provisional Tax journals monthly.
- Foreign Payments
- Cash Flow
- Perform all other duties assigned to you

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Management.
- Must have at least 5-7 years' experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of South African Tax Compliance and Principles
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Variance analysis and Reporting
- Knowledge of Pastel & MS Office
- Knowledge of any Accounting Packages
