We're accepting applications for the position of Retail Partner Growth Manager, who will be driving growth in the business' retail partner portfolio, particularly pertaining to lending, vouchering and loyalty programmes. This will include managing the day to day onboarding of retail partners, facilitating negotiations with prospective partners and building the partner network. Further responsibilities will include collaboration between different business units to ensure an efficient working relationship. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, negotiation, on-boarding and the day-to-day management of retail partners.

- Managing complex partner negotiations
- Establishing new partnerships across market segments
- Retaining and growing existing partnerships
- Determining technical, marketing and commercial roadmaps with partners
- Managing the sourcing, negotiation with and onboarding of retail partners
- Operationalising new partner relationships for the business
- Sourcing new partners and negotiating deals
- Building and maintaining solid partner relationships
- Participating in product and feature design
- Acting as an SME in terms of lending, vouchering and loyalty programmes
- Investigating and resolving operational issues
- Creating monthly reports to partners, etc.
- Three year BComm Degree in Business or Marketing
- At least 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role (dealing with retail partners and specifically dealing with financial services, lending, vouchering and loyalty programmes)
- Experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners
- Track record of partner account management
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives
- Strong commercial acumen across digital industries
- Knowledge of the loyalty industry will be advantageous
