Job Overview :
We are looking for a IT Administrator to manage and maintain the Group’s MS-based server & network infrastructure in its totality both onsite and for the resorts (off-site).
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the organization's Microsoft-based server and network infrastructure.
- Work with the IT Manager to develop strategic plans for the future of the company's IT infrastructure, including the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
- Implement and maintain security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Design and implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.
- Provide third-level support for IT helpdesk, troubleshooting complex technical issues. 7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, servers, and systems.
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Participate in the selection and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Conduct training sessions to improve the IT skills of staff and keep them informed about new IT developments.
- There are also responsibilities such as CCTV, Generator Checks and Physical Security items like access tags.

EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) or equivalent qualification
- Extensive IT Knowledge in both Hardware and Software
- At least 2 years’ experience in the IT field
- Willing / able to if need be work (sleep over) at our resorts nationwide.
