opportunity for training and career development and room for growth within the companyMinimum Requirements:Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environmentProven remote work experience with UK clients (preferred)Proficiency in:Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019)Office 365 and related add-ons (OneDrive, Teams)Troubleshooting in:AzureHyper-V/VMwareIntune/MDMExchangeSQL ServerSharePointStorage (SANs & NAS)AntivirusFirewall fundamentals (WatchGuard, SonicWall)Networking fundamentals (VLANs, managed switching)Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skillsKey Responsibilities:Log and track all customer issues in the helpdesk system, ensuring regular progress updates are provided.Take ownership of assigned incidents, managing them through to resolution.Escalate technical or operational issues on service tickets efficiently.Research and propose technical solutions or problem resolutions.Apply a 'hands-on' problem-solving approach,
