Job Description:
As a Real Estate Canvasser, you will be the face of our company in targeted neighbourhoods, initiating contact with homeowners to identify potential leads for our real estate agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the call centre environment, thrives on a challenge, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within the real estate field.
• Cold calling homeowners and Landlords to discuss selling and renting opportunities.
• Gather and record lead information accurately and efficiently.
• Promote our real estate services and explain the benefits of working with our team.
• Provide feedback on the field experience and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential sellers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
• Outgoing and confident personality with a customer-service mindset.
• Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Reliable transportation.
Commission based.
