Our client a dynamic firm is currently recruiting for an Account Manager. You will embark on an exciting journey to the forefront of innovation in the Fintech industry.

Your experience in B2B client relationships across a Microfinance, Payday loans, Cash loans, Loan Management System experience would be vital.

Understanding client engagemenent inniatives and addressing clients'needs whilst maitaining constant high levels of client satisfaction.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client engagement initiatives and strategies by understanding and addressing our clients' needs whilst maintaining consistently high levels of client satisfaction.





Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key and actively managing and growing your assigned account portfolio, you'll contribute to achieving revenue targets, business objectives, and fostering positive client experiences and success.

- Account management - managing allocated portfolio of clients, resolving account-related queries and problems and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction within portfolio. Ensure stability by promptly addressing issues with new and existing accounts.
- Continuous improvement - Collect, analyse, and act upon customer feedback for continuous improvement.

- Revenue targets – meeting/exceeding revenue targets for allocated client portfolio, identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling and focusing on maintaining retention of portfolio. Driving long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Administration and reporting – preparing regular reports and updates on allocated client portfolio and maintaining various software systems to ensure data integrity and functionality.







They are looking for a passionate individual who will be driving business impact, forging sustainable relationships and shaping the future of the company.

- Matric and NQF level 5
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Account Management in Microfinance, Payday loans, Cash loans, Loan Management Systems.
- Experience in relationship management within a solution-based environment (tech/fintech preferably)
- Fintech market, industry, product and system knowledge
- Sales skills (prospecting, negotiation, closing deals)
- Account Management skills
- Good client relationship, communication and stakeholder engagement/customer service skills
- Forecasting and planning
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software,





and other relevant sales systems and tools
- Proactive, innovative and growth mindset
- Solution focused, with the initiative and curiosity to look for ways to continuously improve how we get things done.
