and in-person at the counter.Proactively managing the generic email account.Ensuring timely responses to inquiries within a 48-hour timeframe.Ad Hoc Tasks:Assisting with ad hoc tasks in the line of duty as requested by line manager.Key Functional/Technical Competencies:Accuracy.Attention to detail.Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail).Numerical Skills.Punctual.Key Behavioural Competencies:Ability to function in a team as well as independently.Time management and ability to work under pressure.Communication skills.Minimum Requirements:Diploma/Advanced certificate (NQF Level 6) in Accounting.A minimum of two (2) years' experience in reconciliations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Added Advantage:A minimum of one year administration experience in the banking industry.Remuneration: The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.ENQUIRIES REGARDING JOB CONTENT MAY BE DIRECTED TO:
