Bruiser Trucks t/a Halfway Hino Honeydew, Gauteng has a vacancy for an experienced Administrative Clerk (Vehicle Administrator/ Vehicle Invoicing Clerk). Must have previously work within a dealership environment. Provide a quality service and meet the demands of Halfway Hino Honeydew, in a tactful, diplomatic, and friendly manner.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience within a dealership environment and 2 years dealership/ vehicle admin/ invoicing clerk experience.
The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Oulook. The candidate must have
excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the Sales Manager to stock trucks and daily stock checks
- Issuing order numbers, liasing with suppliers, requesting supplier invoices timeously and invoicing of sold vehicles
- Maintain harmonious working relationships with suppliers, both internally and externally
- Printing of vehicle reports as required by management
- Assist with the relief of reception duties when required
- General vehicle administration, compiling reports, updating stock ledgers and vehicle master records on Dealer Management System
- Petty cash handling, reconciling cash float and claiming re-imbursements of cash float as and when required
- General filing and archiving of vehicle documents and monthly reports
- Assist and support the sales team with general administration
The ideal candidate should have a Matric / Grade 12, a financial management diploma/ certificate.
A valid drivers license.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience within a dealership environment, of which 2 years dealership/ vehicle admin/ invoicing clerk experience.
The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Oulook.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
The successful candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays and public holidays, as and when required by management.
