Brand Manager (BM) RX/OTX

Purpose of role:
The Brand Manager (BM) connects the customer with the brand, ensuring every touchpoint in the customer journey is engaging and efficient. By leveraging customer experience insights, the BM enhances interactions and builds loyalty.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-year degree (Medical/Science-related).
- 3-5 years of Rx/OTX brand management.
- Project management, KOL management, CX strategies, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Valid driver's license & own reliable vehicle
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Improve brand experience and customer engagement.
- Drive customer retention and switch from competitors.
- Map customer journey; identify opportunities for proactive interventions.
- Resolve brand-related issues; manage escalations.
- Develop customer experience strategies; test new value-driving strategies.
- Review analytics, segment customers, and apply insights.
- Align teams to deliver customer experience objectives.
- Own and maintain brand blueprint/DNA.
- Onboard new brand representatives.
- Regular travel required.
