Duties (but not limited to):
- General admin and reception duties
- Coordinate and manage all training related processes
- Coordinate and manage training administration
- Ordering and tracking of training materials
- Provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders
- Process and submit training department invoices for payment
- Perform ad-hoc duties in the department
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
- Strong Computer skills (MS office)
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Experience:
- Previous administration experience in a demanding environment.
- 3 years' administrative support experience in a Learning and Development department (advantageous).
Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential
- Bilingual
- Computer literate in MS office
- Strong coordination of logistical arrangement.
- Efficient and detail oriented who can work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
