Our client is based in Lonehill and they are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager with Sectional Title Schemes experience to join their team.
Job Summary:
Manages and co-ordinates operations and SLA's of service providers functions to clients in the portfolio to ensure the effective running of the division. This includes direct and indirect management of clients. and fulfilment of customer expectations.

Job Conditions:
▪ Working hours: 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday
▪ May be required to work extended hours from time-to-time (no remuneration)
Qualifications, training and experience:
- Grade 12; supplemented by
- 3 years relevant experience at senior management level, inclusive of:
- Human resource management b. Maintenance experience;
- Operations & project management; or
- Security & Risk Management
- Governance and Legislative experience and knowledge
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
