Job & Company Description:
Finance Manager – JSE Listed Real Estate Leader
Our client, a JSE-listed giant in the Real Estate sector with over 20 years of market presence and a footprint across Africa,
is looking to expand their Finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have SAICA articles CA(SA) and a minimum of 6 years of post-article experience, ideally within the property (real estate) space.
- Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, liaison with auditors, and consolidations.
This high-impact role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analysing financial reports.
- Managing budgets and forecasts.
- Handling foreign exchange exposures.
- Leading consolidations across multiple entities.
- Liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations
