- Providing the Dealer network with service support to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Analyse Dealer sales and profitability, dealer forecasts, monthly and quarterly dealer targets, vehicle allocations, Sales programmes and Monthly Dealer visits;
- Provide feedback on dealer order pipeline/forecasting requirements;
- Effective co-ordination of sales promotions and campaigns on a regional basis;
- Report on competitor / retail activities in areas of responsibility;
- Continuous feedback regarding Dealer performance;
- Sales and Marketing qualification;
- 3 years' experience in relevant Motor Industry position within Dealer experience being essential;
- An in depth understanding of Dealer Operations.
