The incumbent of this role is responsible for the sourcing and securing of new business. The incumbent is responsible for demonstrating the products and services offered by the business to new clients and driving sales accordingly and in so doing uphold the Client's number one ranked rating in the industry in all duties and interactions with third parties. Online technology is key and instrumental in this sales position.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Obtaining New Business via Cold Calling, Tenders, Proposals and Sales Presentations to ensure Sales Targets are met/exceeded
- Strategic Account Planning, Opportunity Creation and Qualification
- Adhere to the Company Product Strategy when acquiring New Business
- Executive and Stakeholder Composition with Value Proposition Design
- Utilize Marketing Data to maximize Sales effectively and efficiently
- Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the achievement of Sales Targets
- Present financially viable “Return on Investment” products / feedback to potential new Clients
- Optimize Customer Service Levels by managing new business clients expectations and interactions in a professional manner (internal and external clients)
- Team Work – assist team members, senior management in the implementation of all Strategies and Projects
- Professional Conduct to embody Corporate Culture of Integrity, Accountability, Quality Service, Respect, Passion, Leadership and Empowerment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma/s in Marketing or relevant Sales Courses
- Sales Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, ERP, IT Solutions
- Evidence of proven Sales Record (in a similar role)
- 2 – 5 years' Experience in a similar role
- Online and Offline TMS Sales Experience
- Business, IT and Financial Knowledge
