An administrative clerk is responsible for supporting office staff and performing administrative tasks. Their duties can include communicating with clients on the phone, through email or in-person and managing their requests. They may also need to make copies of documents or send faxes for other team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front office activities, including reception, mail handling, and purchasing requests.
• Coordinate office services such as maintenance, office supplies, and equipment management.
• Process orders, invoices,





credit notes, and ensure proper filing and reconciliation.
• Perform month-end duties, including filing documents and reconciling statements.
• Assist with customer queries and courier-related tasks.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

- Must speak Afrikaans
- Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- Must live in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
- Must have own reliable transport
- Previous experience with Sage Pastel and Excel is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
