Job Requirements:
- Matric
- SAICA Accredited degree
- Must be busy with, or starting, CTA
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Willing to travel within South Africa and "be away from home" for up to 4 weeks at a time
- Willingness to work overtime during peak times
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare client reports, including AFS, minutes, certificates, and management letters.
- Assist managers in identifying key issues during audits.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
- Complete audit tasks efficiently and on time.
- Proactively gather sufficient and reliable evidence for audit procedures.
- Apply professional judgment in all audit-related matters.
- Complete tax returns and handle non-audit tasks as required.
- Manage personal development and aim to qualify for the ITC and APC within the stipulated time.
- Undergo regular performance assessments as per SAICA guidelines.
- Work effectively within teams and uphold the company's ethics and integrity.
- Communicate clearly and write concisely.
- Set and work towards clear objectives while maintaining high productivity in challenging environments.
- Ensure accuracy and diligence in all tasks.
- Maintain a productivity rate of 75% monthly, focusing on billable work.
