Seeking a driven individual to assist the digital marketing team in optimizing customer journeys and supporting CRM strategies. Focus on achieving KPI targets, guided by market insights, while contributing to seamless marketing processes.
- Support B2C marketing efforts with a focus on campaign optimization (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Provide essential marketing administration to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve set KPI targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and marketing research to inform strategy.
- Manage and enhance CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to optimize lead conversion and improve campaign performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite for efficient task management.
- Leverage GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience with MailChimp or similar platforms to manage email marketing campaigns.
- Apply customer segmentation techniques to improve targeted marketing efforts.
