Full job description
Costs Analyst
- Costs Management by X-RAY;
- Recon of billing from T1 and report to Brazil;
- Analyse of opportunities in the open book for T1, T2 and Warehouse;
- Perform Retroactive calculations for regional managers to charge in other costs;
- Costs Standardisation and training the managers;
- Analyse expenses from the SAP report – Weekly;
- Close billing for T1 other Costs and Direct Shipment;
- Close T1 Fixed Costs;
- Uploading monthly results timeously, and manage and ensure accuracy of the data;
- Assist and support the implementation of improving process efficiencies, integration and automation opportunities;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data captured into the group’s financial reporting systems;
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management reports, analysis and management of the financial activities relating to the management information team;

- Complete university degree in Finance / Administration

Experience:
- SAP: 3 years (Required)
- SAP Finance & Controlling: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
