Role Purpose

Accountable for enabling the distribution strategy by offering expertise in investment securities to identify, position, implement, and provide marketing support for investment, savings, and deliver solutions in the Securities environment. This role aims to grow our distribution footprint and contribute to delivering an excellent client experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field.
- CFP Level 1 or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within an investment securities environment.
- Experience with international platforms and funds.
- Knowledge of local and international financial markets, economics, and politics.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, local and international product offerings, and pricing.

Enabled Distribution Capability: Successfully supported the growth of investment, savings, and security offerings. Not relevant to securities business.

Improved Internal Processes: Collaborated effectively with the Head of Distribution Enablement to deliver technical support and investment marketing, contributing to the growth of the securities business propositions.

Enhanced Distribution Strategy: Aligned distribution activities with business strategies, maximizing revenue across key areas.

Increased Client Engagement: Developed and executed plans that resulted in increased use of local and international products.

Facilitated Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintained strong communication with distribution stakeholders,





ensuring seamless support and execution of operational plans.

Executed Marketing Activities: Supported ongoing marketing initiatives to promote and enhance the securities business propositions.

ADDITIONAL OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cat II Advisers: Serve as the primary point of administrative contact for Cat II partners, handling client inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns. Oversee and direct all administrative and reporting requirements for Cat II partners within agreed timeframes.

Structured Product Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for structured products, including invoicing, fee initiation, reconciliation, and oversight of structured product reporting.

Client Service Support: Assist Portfolio managers with day-to-day operations and select administrative projects. Handle escalated queries and complaints, manage relationships with service providers and clients, and participate in systems design and implementation to enhance client service.

SLAs and Client On-boarding: Assist with onboarding Cat I and Cat II advisors, including requesting addendums and managing the DD process. Create partner codes and online profiles for advisors, ensuring timely setup for product processes and online training.

Other Responsibilities:





Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Business Development, assist with proactive risk monitoring, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, collaborate with marketing for training materials and client presentations, and oversee the management of cash inflows/outflows with offshore custodial providers.
