Food Technologist (Night Shift)

Minimum requirements:

- Must have Grade 12
- BSc Degree in food science, chemistry, food engineering or food technology
- Knowledge of Food Safety in refrigerated food segment - temperature sensitive products
- Knowledge of CCP's and OPRP's in high risk production
- Knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP, ISO 22 000, SANS 10049, TS22002)
- Knowledge of New Product Development
- Proven experience within the South African FMCG industry
- 2 - 3 Years working experience in a similar role
- Must be willing to work Night Shift - 6-day working week
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Control System and Food Safety Procedures (GMP, HACCP)






- Planning/scheduling cleaning operations and ensuring that all staff are trained on the SOP's
- Will also be responsible on the operational side as well as the training
