Dormehl Phalane Property Group is seeking an individual that would like to jumpstart their career as a real estate agent or someone who wants to join a team of agents looking to expand their knowledge.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic person to join our team with the ability to grow and become a professional in their field.
- Goal-oriented and people-oriented qualities are required.
- Must possess excellent project management abilities.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be able to effectively communicate.
- Must be persistent.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric Certificate
- Any cold calling experience would be advantageous
- Must be able to use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power







Point)
- Must be self-motivated
- MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- **Must be residing in Pretoria, Gauteng**:

- Must be fluent in English, any other official South African language proficiency will be advantageous
- Any previous sales experience could be an advantage.
- Must have a working laptop and cell-phone
- Any previous Real Estate Experience will be preferred.
- Experience with Prop

Data will also be advantageous, but training will be provided.
- **Existing agents must have a Valid and up to date FFC with the PPRA.**:

- **Full Status agents MUST have completed their logbooks and have written end passed the PDE4 / PDE5 examinations. SSETA certificates and/or confirmation from the PPRA/EAAB will be required**

**Package & Remuneration**
- This position is strictly commission based
- Competitive commission structure
- NO desk fees
