Requirements

- A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in F&B; management, preferably within a large luxury hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of current F&B; trends, with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Extremely hands-on and will assist in other areas if required,
- Dynamic, creative and innovative






- Excellent track record with contactable references
