You can choose to work from the vibrant city of Johannesburg or the stunning landscapes of Cape Town. Flexibility at its finest!
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Building strong, trust-based relationships with travel agents, understanding their needs and those of their guests.
✈ Designing, developing, and planning inspiring journeys across Southern and East Africa, ensuring every booking is accurate and on time.
? Keeping yourself updated with the latest product offerings, attending training sessions, and sharing your knowledge with the team.
? Reviewing and fine-tuning guest travel documents, ensuring every detail is flawless before they reach the agent.
Who You Are:
? You’ve got a Matric certificate with maths, and ideally, a tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
? With 2-4 years of experience under your belt, you’re no stranger to handling customer relationships and promoting products in the inbound travel industry.
? Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of TourPlan, WISH,
or similar booking systems, and you’re a pro with Microsoft Office.
? You have a deep understanding of Southern & East African destinations, with personal travel experience being a bonus.
? Your communication skills are top-notch, and if you can speak a foreign language, even better!
