QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum required qualification Civil Engineering Degree (BEng)
- Good computer skills
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally
- PROKON software experience an advantage
- References of previous work history (written and telephonic)
- Copies of qualification and academic transcripts

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pretoria. As a PROKON Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with support requests, researching and reporting issues to our development team, document and communicate client requirements, test out software, demonstrations of our products, present training to our users, writing an retaining documentation.
PACKAGE
- Position: permanent (upon successful completion of probationary period)
- Workdays: Monday to Friday (no public holidays) hybrid
- Hours: 08h00 – 17h00 (flexitime)
- Benefits: 24 days annual leave
