Job Summary:
Working within the sales team in the designated region, the aim of this function is to assist in servicing an existing customer base in the Western Cape and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and goals
Maintain and increase sales for the Business
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base and relationships
Merchandising and adhering to the required merchandising standards and/or layouts of stores
Collect, document, and dispatch returns in a timely manner
Collecting customer feedback in a positive and constructive manner
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Communication with Management on a regular basis
Logging daily customer contact on CRM tool
Company vehicle maintenance and day to day care of vehicle
Key Competencies:
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Ability to communicate well with others both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Driven and innovative personality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 with exemption pass
Minimum 1-2 years’ FMCG Sales experience
Valid code 08 drivers’ licence
Must be willing to travel and sleep out as and when required
FMCG sales experience essential
Computer literate
Must have a clear credit history
EE/AA candidates preferable
