We are seeking a Site Manager/Supervisor who will oversee the coordination of the Solar projects based in DRC, Congo Duration: 6-Months Fixed-Term
Remuneration: up to R80k p/m CTC
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning work and defining project milestones.
2. Manage delivery of construction materials and equipment availability.
3. Organize staff schedules and manage on-site resources.
4. Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards are upheld.
5. Maintain site reports and provide regular project updates.
6. Attend site management meetings and collaborate with cross teams.
7. Evaluate workers' performance and provide feedback.
8. Handle employee issues and disputes promptly.
9.
Interpret technical documentation to guide construction.
10. Manage project schedule to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in the HV Electrical construction industry.
2. Proficiency in managing and supervising construction and installation projects.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
5. Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
6. Proficient computer skills.
7. Willingness to work in DR Congo.
8. Valid driver’s license.
Consideration will be given to applicants with PV construction experience.
