Senior Professional Officer
Requirements
- Relevant BTech or first degree in a related field
such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Industrial Engineering,
Auditing
- Five (5) years’ relevant experience with a focus in,
performance management, monitoring and evaluation,
business planning or continuous improvement Inclusive
of awareness of data science practices and project
management.
- Code EB driver’s licence
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially
Excel, MS Teams.
Key Performance Areas
- OPM Digital System: Support stakeholders with
the implementation of the quarterly reporting process,
Support stakeholders with the development of strategy
implementation, Ensure inclusion into various OPM SOPs
- Manage master data and align across various performance
management products
- Monitor national and provincial legislation affecting the
IDP and performance management.
- Develop training material and facilitate training for
stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of the IDP and SDBIP processes
with auditable performance systems.
- Compile and analyse quarterly performance reports.
- Implement performance projects and any other related
tasks as needed.
- Build organisational capacity for effective performance
management and planning.
