Job Description
To use tools and data to create targeted sourcing strategies and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates based on the needs and requirements of the organization. Talent Acquisition Researchers ensure that the organization is well-prepared to meet its future talent needs by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates
- Work closely with the business to map the candidate profiles and developing insights.
- Prepare candidate profiles and ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentations.
- Build and manage talent and candidate databases aligned to key talent requirements.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates across various sources, including social networks, job boards, and professional associations.
- Generate candidate pipelines for active and passive recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand specific talent requirements and priorities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform our recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our sourcing and talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent network.
- Assist with initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with our organization's needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Source candidates through the use various tools and strategies to find potential candidates, including online databases, social media, and networking events.
- Build talent pipelines that are developed and maintained through a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research by conducting research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, helping to inform recruitment strategies.
- Screen and assess potential candidates for the organisation and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organisation through initial screenings and assessments.
- Collaborate by working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role and align their sourcing strategies accordingly.
