Organisational Resilience Officer
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required
- Five (5) to (8) years’ relevant experience
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate monitor and implement organisational
resilience enhancements in support of the City's business
continuity objectives in order to help the City to prepare for,
prevent and respond to business disruptions as they occur
- Ensure City-wide implementation of the strategic direction
for organisational resilience in an effective, efficient and
sustainable manner
- Lead and assist line management with the development,
review and testing of organisational resilience strategies
and plans
- Drive continual programme improvements
- Maintain records and generate reports on Business
Continuity Management and organisational resilience
activities
- Drive internal stakeholder engagement and maturity
through Training and Awareness
