Duties & Responsibilities
Open and Close store for trading
Adhere to and implement all brand standards and operating procedures
Train and enforce brand standards in order to pass brand audits
Manage staff performance , productivity and timekeeping
Manage customer experience through staff adherence to policy and principles
Desired Experience & Qualification
Previous restaurant management experience is essential, do NOT apply if you have no reference as a management member, references are checked and pre employment polygraphs are done.
Package & Remuneration
R7000 per month salary
