Work Experience Programme Overview
CTP’s Graduate Programme is a 12-month contract that runs from January to December 2025.
The programme aims to provide recent graduates with work experience while at the same time developing their capacity to engage meaningfully within the work environment.
As a participant in our graduate programme, you will have the chance to:
- Work alongside experienced professionals in your field, applying your academic knowledge to real-world projects.
- Connect with industry experts, mentors, and fellow graduates, expanding your professional network.
- Receive tailored training sessions to enhance your skills and prepare you for future career opportunities.
- Rotate through different departments to understand the diverse aspects of our business.
To be successful, candidates should be proactive and innovative individuals who can comfortably take on challenges and are not afraid to get involved in the everyday running of a large business.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have graduated, or be graduating in 2024 (not earlier or later) with any of the following, or similar, degrees from a recognised institution:
- Business Science
- BCom (General)
- BCom (Cost or Management Accounting)
- Degree in IT / Information Systems
- BSc in Material Sciences
- Be eager to learn and contribute to projects
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Live in Cape Town, or be living in Cape Town by January 2025
Package & Remuneration
This will be a paid work experience programme.
