Detailed Description
Manage the identification and scheduling of improvement initiatives
•Fully support the CI&I; Deployment Manager in identifying improvement initiatives
•Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand opportunities for improvement.
•Evaluate ideas and determine a prioritized and executable portfolio
•Develop, deploy and continuously refresh the 1-3 year Continuous improvement plan.
Manage the delivery of improvement initiatives in the business.
•Fully support the CI&I; Deployment Manager in delivering a variety of improvement initiatives across the business
•Provide regular, updates to the CI&I; Deployment Manager on the progress of initiatives.
•Focus on the creation and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma improvement strategies that lead to improvements in value, product delivery performance and reductions in product/process variation.
•Monitor all controls and ensure team adherence to e.g. Control plan sign off, handover documentation etc.
Ensure efficient daily operation of the cell against agreed work schedules / project plans
•Drive the project completion by providing daily direction and coaching to Analysts to ensure implementation targets are met
•Respond to escalated customer issues from Analysts
•Continually evaluate new improvement ideas received from the Analysts and review with internal stakeholders
•Coach Analysts on problem solving methodologies and Six Sigma techniques
Facilitates ongoing team performance improvement and
•Suggest methods to improve cells, efficiency and service to internal stakeholders
•Ensure Analysts have access to appropriate training development
and coaching to consistently develop within their roles
•Create and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Level of Authority
•The Cell Leader will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple improvement initiatives within the team.
•The Cell Leader works under the guidance of the CI&I; Deployment Manager leader but is required to manage the day to day details and scheduling of the initiatives
•The Cell Leader is responsible for developing positive relationships with internal stakeholders and influencing and motivating operational teams to accept new ideas.
3.Size
The Cell Leader reports to a CI&I; Deployment Leader and typically works in a team together with other Cell Leaders and a Business Intelligence Analyst.
4.Skills and Competencies

Problem solving methodologies i.e. thought maps, DMAIC, root cause analysis, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Gage R&R;, control and Pareto charts
Lean Six Sigma Techniques (Value stream mapping, one piece flow and problem solving.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A degree/ diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CCI/Externally ) Accredited
At least 1 years’ experience in a Senior Analyst role.
More than 2 years’ Experience in implementing and applying DMAIC and Agile methodology.
Experience in implementing Lean in complex outsourced service related environments.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Visio, Minitab etc.
