1.Provide clerical support to managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities
2.Accurately capture the nominal ledger/general ledger, which is the main accounting record for a store’s financial transactions
3.Capturing of cheques, other deposits, and debits on bank statement
4.Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts and submission of monthly pack including certain Income & Expenditure accounts
5.Efficiently Assess and records the amount of stock held by the store
6.Analysing variance report prior to flash submission
7.Ensures the successful completing and submission of VAT return and RSC levies
8.Accurately compile the monthly cash flows and cash flow forecasts
9.Assisting with compilation of standard budgets/forecasts in conjunction with Operator
10.To uphold and promote the company values and culture
