What you will be doing:
- You will be given the opportunity to work as an intern while earning a full salary - you will be trained, mentored and supported in almost all aspects of big data. Some of this role will include automation, trend analysis and learning the entire data journey. The clients you will be prepared to work with include the best in the global community.
- Engage with customers through targeted communication approaches, supporting the Customer Success team by providing key data on product usage and feedback to help drive improvements.
- Track and share insights with support teams to help shape solutions and improve processes, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Wonderful opportunity to work with the best in the USA and the working hour flexibility that comes with that - USA Central Time Zone hours (15:00 - 00:00 SAST) - perfect job for our SA summer, you can go for a surf before work daily :)
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification is essential - Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication in a business environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI, including pivot tables, advanced modelling, and creating charts/graphs.
- Experience with PowerPoint for presenting data and insights clearly.
- Strong interest in working with data and the ability to draw meaningful insights for initial analysis and conclusions.
Work Type:
- Initial 12 month contract with opportunity to go perm
