IntroductionWe require a Senior Change Manager to work for a contract role in Cape Town.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Senior Change Manager includes (but is not limited to) the following duties:Lead all aspects of the change management program.Engage with senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in, and manage other change management practitioners.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Complete change management assessments.Identify, analyze,





and prepare risk mitigation tactics.Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.Coordinate efforts with other specialists.Integrate change management activities into the project plan.Evaluate and ensure user readiness.Track and report issues.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.Support change management at the organizational level.Manage the change portfolio.Deliver Change Management solutions and documentation to the highest standards.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role.B Degree in Business Management with Change Management course or module completed.Package & RemunerationMarket related per hour.Interested?Apply with your CV, ID & Qualifications at our website.
