We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, develop exquisite menus that reflect our luxury brand, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This role requires leadership, creativity, and a passion for crafting memorable culinary experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and train the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect the lodge's luxury offerings, using fresh, local,
and sustainable ingredients.Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of all dishes.Oversee food purchasing and inventory control while managing costs and minimizing waste.Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.Collaborate with the lodge management to ensure the kitchen aligns with overall guest experience objectives.Create personalized dining experiences for guests, including accommodating dietary preferences and special requests.Manage the kitchen budget, monitor food costs, and maintain profitability.Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and continuously innovate new dishes.Oversee special events, catering, and private dining experiences.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury or fine dining environment.Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.Expertise in creating diverse and innovative menus with a focus on fine dining.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety,
