They offer stability, growth, attractive rates, and a great working environment.The Senior Business Analyst will work as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization on large, high-risk, and complex projects. Responsibilities include recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals,





eliciting and analyzing the actual needs of stakeholders, facilitating communication between organizational units, and aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.ResponsibilitiesConduct iterative and adaptive planning and monitoring tasks to estimate, organize, and coordinate efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives.Conduct elicitation and collaboration tasks to obtain information from stakeholders.Conduct requirements analysis and design definition to structure, organize, specify, and model requirements and designs.Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.Define future and transition states needed to address the business need, the work required to define that need, and the solution's scope.Assess the performance of and value delivered by a solution, eliminating barriers/constraints that prevent full realization of value.Execute according to IIBA best practices, agile product delivery,





and lean principles.Analyze and document requirements based on changes to users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, environments, and non-functional requirements.Understand the portfolio's strategic themes, product roadmap, vision, KPIs, and metrics, and align requirements accordingly.Explore and articulate the opportunity/problem to be solved, identifying stakeholder wants and needs, and participate in defining the proposed solution.Use visual diagrams and collaborative methods to model scope, interfaces, data flows, processes, retrospectives, and dependencies across projects.Decompose and document epics, features, themes, and user stories by identifying gaps, missing stories,





and acceptance criteria.Collaborate/co-create process and capability alignment by pairing with the PE and Business Architect.Support the team in working on impediments and spikes and synthesizing data to articulate requirements.Work with development/QA to identify test cases/scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing, and support change management commercialization.Conduct/participate in Backlog Refinement, prioritization, and increment planning.Analyze/document data requirements and model data flows through all product dimensions.Foster stakeholder relationships and engagement for discovery and delivery, backlog refinement, and enterprise delivery.Conduct system demos and contribute to I&A;, offering and implementing suggestions for improvement.Participate and lead program/squad ceremonies by pairing with Scrum Masters,





Agile Coaches, and Product Owners.Drive minimum viable thinking, continuous deployment, and integration.Ensure early remediation by reducing waste and identifying risks and issues.QualificationsAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st DegreesIT qualification, Certificate in BA endorsed by IIBA, Safe Certification.5 - 8 years BA experience managing multiple IT Projects and exposure to complex projects.Technical / Professional KnowledgeBA Body of Knowledge.Business writing skills.Agile Concepts.Data and Business Analysis.Process Engineering Skills.Global business analysis trends.Business Analysis Discipline, Techniques, and Practices.Microsoft Office Products.Skills SummaryData Warehousing (DW), Integration Development,
