**Key outputs**:
Responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy in line with growth objectives, building dealer capabilities to align with world class ecommerce standards.
Ensuring regional adoption of e-commerce to drive targets and aligning with related Caterpillar programmes.
Managing the Marketing and Sales Excellence Programme, and coordinating regions and lines of business to achieve Gold status.
Managing product, customer, competitor and market information to enable campaign management.
Drive customer experience in line with brand objectives.
- Responsible for driving eCommerce Revenue sales and Unique ordering customers as per Business Target
- Develop and execute a retention strategy that will achieve a 70% retention rate and more
- Create excitement and drive adoption towards our ecommerce platform internally
- Responsible for the management and coordination of the Caterpillar Excellence Program (MSEP
- Ensure timely submission of all quarterly Metrics and Attributes to Caterpillar
- Manage regional stakeholders in line with MSEP standards
- Coordinate improvements that will lead to achieving Gold status
- Monitor competitor activity to gain insights on industry activities influencing campaign and brand management
- Product insights that influence brand and campaign management
- Liase with innovation and Insights manager to ensure marketing and campaigns remain ahead of the curve
- Support campaigns team on go-to market strategy
- Manage the team to collate, enhance and manipulate raw data from different sources for higher-level analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Work closely with Campaign Management team members to extract insights from data and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to leverage the insights into actionable strategies for the business
- Managerial support for Sales & PSSRs on customer visits to assess client needs and propose ecommerce solutions
- Attend events, expos and interact with customers
- Manage SLA with Business Intelligence and Customer Experience Service Providers
- Monthly reports and deep dives
**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**
**Minimum Required Qualification**:
- B.
Com Marketing/Economics or equivalent
**Minimum Required Experience**:
- Seven to Eight Years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing environment including Data analytics
**Minimum Required Competencies**:
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Business development skills and knowledge
- Sound business and financial acumen
- Good working knowledge of our industry coupled with the ability to interpret and disseminate customer and market data
- MS Office knowledge, excellent MS Excel Skills, CRM, Marketing automation and BI Tools understanding
- Strong analytical skills and ability to see business trends
- Ability to professionally present and articulate the business value of complicated analysis to a diverse group of users
