Medical Sales Representative – KZN CoastalA multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Sales Representative – KZN Coastal who will be responsible for engaging with the company's customers in line with the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target in their territory.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Job Outputs:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the customer businessElectronic territory management systemMaintain product and industry knowledgeImplementation of sales and marketing strategyAchieve the annual regional sales budget and manage a territory expense budgetTailor customer strategies for each customer need to obtain mutual benefit and growthArrange customer-focused functionsParticipate in customer exposActivate company branded functions e.g. CPD functionsDaily customer recon and reportingCall rate coverage and frequency to ensure good territory managementMaintain high levels of market-related and product knowledge to ensure effective individual performance and training of customersImplement a territory business plan to accomplish objectives in line with the sales and marketing strategyCall on doctors, specialists, and pharmaciesForward all received product quality complaints, adverse events, and medical inquiries to the relevant person in quality assurance/pharmacovigilance/medical affairsDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications:Completed tertiary Diploma or Degree in a related disciplineExperience:Minimum of 24 months Pharma industry experienceEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to manage time effectivelyAdvanced interpersonal skillsComputer literacy – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent selling skillsEstablished and existing relationships in the territory, and with key stakeholdersPackage & RemunerationSalary: Market relatedShould you not hear from us within 2 weeks, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.All personal information received will be processed in accordance with The Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 OF 2013.
