Job Description This role would be responsible for handling all types of vehicle claim scheduling, running the full administration process for the motor claims portfolios, and providing timely feedback on the progress of claim appointments to the involved stakeholders. The duties of the role will vary from time to time according to business requirements.






You Would Principle Accountabilities Scheduling claims to assessorsRunning RAM and providing ABR options to client/broker on certain binder claimsFollowing up on outstanding quotations and providing broker feedbackAppointing assessors and following up on assessor reportsRepair management of approximately 600 claimsInvoicing brokers for assessing feesAttending and directing all broker queriesUpdating brokers system (during manual process)Management of Codeplex dashboardsEnsuring completeness and accuracy of information received from FNOL / Back OfficeTracking car hire on Vehicle ClaimsProviding feedback with upstream and downstream processes on queries/escalations and incompleteness of the data via email/callsEnsuring SLA adherence of daily productivity, TAT and Inventory levelsEnsuring work prioritization is followed as a practiceFinalizing long tail claimsMinimum Job Requirements 3 years Motor claims handling experience3 years call center experienceNQF5 in short term insurance (Advantageous)3+ years claim administration and schedulingSystem Knowledge on the following: Microsoft OfficeBPMTIAICEThe Recruitment process: TA Interview:





This will be a discussion with a member of the TA Team to give you an understanding of our business, our culture & values, and more context on the role. It will also allow the opportunity to get to know you better and ensure OMI can meet your needs.Panel Interview: This will be with 2 members of the senior leadership of the data team and 1 member of the HC leadership team.Technical & Psychometric Assessments: These will depend on the role and will sometimes happen concurrently with MIE & Internal Verification.Final FeedbackClosing Date: 22 October 2024
