A leading forward-thinking, fast growing digital marketing company is currently looking to further expand their dynamic team with a Swedish Call Centre Agent, to join their offices in Johannesburg, South Africa.As the Swedish Call Centre Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa, you will primarily be responsible for assisting all Swedish users/clients telephonically and providing support.Job duties include:Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language)Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email)Ensures that all communication (in Swedish and English)
