Position: Spa Receptionist

Salary: Market-related + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, handle inquiries, and perform daily administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.
- Sales and Targets: Drive sales by promoting spa services and products, contributing to achieving team targets.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the hotel's luxury brand.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a spa receptionist or back-up therapist.
- Maturity and Responsibility: Reliable and able to handle the demands of a luxury spa environment.
- Passion and Drive: Enthusiastic about the wellness industry and motivated to achieve targets.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed to present the brand in the best light.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle client interactions with grace.
