Job OverviewTo provide our Company Management with accurate, complete and value-adding financial reporting, financial analysis and management insight relating to the financial status of campaigns administered & sold by the company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey financial analysis and metrics as required by the businessFinancial modelling for business casesVariances analysisData AnalysisLapse, Churn and Persistency AnalysisPreparing Budgets and assisting with year-end auditsResponsible for the submission and analysis of each bill runPreparation of Bordereaux reconciliations to ensure all commission structures are in line with SLAsResponsible for the timely resolution of all queries relating to bill run submissionsResponsible for completeness and accuracy of customer premium collections.Pay through the bank stats for Client Services and SalesEnsuring our databases are in sync with our Policy AdministratorsResponsible for preparing written financial analytic reports and presentationsSystem testingDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications and Experience RequiredMatricMust have at least 2 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in Billing and working knowledge of DebicheckMust have Advanced Excel and working experience on FabricExperience with Financial ModellingExperience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantageBehaviour and Competencies RequiredDiligent, honest, and trustworthyProactive, punctual, and reliableUnderstands the importance of confidentialitySelf-motivated individualPossess exceptional analytical skillInnovative and out of the box thinkerAbility to communicate and engage with all levels of managementStress management and the ability to manage and co-ordinate deadlines under pressurePackage & RemunerationRemuneration: A market related package including benefits.Interested?Kindly click on the link below to apply.NB: Thank you for choosing Talksure as your employer of choice.
