Experienced Hotel Group Sales Manager based in Sandton for multiple properties based in Gauteng, KZN and Cape Town.

Job Summary

The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, drive brand awareness, and grow market share for our hotel group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel

2. Managing sales initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones

5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities with the Revenue Manager

6. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

10. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators with the Revenue Manager

- Working with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet marketing promises

- Liaising with IT for website updates and technology integration

The GS&M; Manager would be working closely with the Brand Manager and the Revenue Manager to fulfil their duties.







The Revenue Manager would be a key team member to assist in pricing strategies and measuring revenue performance.

The Brand Manager would be responsible for executing on social media and mail campaigns, working closely with the digital agency, keeping the web site up to date and establishing brand partnerships. Typically this would be done by the SG&M; Manager but in the case of BlackBrick the Brand Manager would assume these responsibilities. The Brand Manager would also act as a brand custodian / auditor to ensure that all communication and signage that is produced is in accordance with the Brand DNA.
