Our client is a cutting-edge marketing service provider tailored specifically for mortgage advisors. Their innovative solutions help professionals refine their pitch, deepen client engagement, and drive sales. They are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to elevate their video and digital content with engaging, visually stunning motion graphics.Location:Fully-Remote (Work from Home)Key Responsibilities:Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing materials, client presentations, and social media platforms. Video Editing & Enhancement: Enhance existing video content with graphics, transitions, and animations that align with brand guidelines.
Storyboarding & Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and video scripts that tell compelling visual stories. Client Engagement Support: Create engaging graphics and visual elements tailored to mortgage advisor clients, ensuring content speaks directly to their audience. Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content and graphics align with clients' brand identity and vision, maintaining consistency across all platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create dynamic visuals that meet project goals and deadlines. Required Skills:Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics and video editing software. Creative Vision: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual stories through motion design. Video Editing Experience: 3+ years of experience editing and enhancing video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Design Skills:
Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and graphic design principles. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring all visual elements are polished and of professional quality. Preferred Qualifications:Marketing Knowledge: Experience creating motion graphics for marketing campaigns or working within a marketing agency. Mortgage Industry Experience: Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus, but not required. Collaboration Tools: Experience using collaboration tools like Slack, ClickUp, or similar platforms for project management and communication.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and video projects. Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
